Ragdalam the Fakir is a travelling stage preformer.
History
He and Madame Yamilah, a clairvoyant are seen performing after Bianca Castafiore, where after a few novelty predictions, Ragdalam asks Yamilah to tell him about a woman in the audience, Mrs. Clarkson. She says that her husband is a photographer, and that he has been struck down by the curse of Rascar Capac, as will all the other members of the Sanders-Hardiman Expedition. He then comforts Yamilah after she faints after telling the prophecy. He then appears in Alph-Art at Rastapopoulos's act.
