Neil is an Australian sailor who works in the Karaboudjan in the film of The Adventures of Tintin series. He was first seen with Allan Thompson, Tom, and Ali preparing an attack on Tintin, without knowing that Tintin and Snowy vanished, and attacking them with corks from champagne bottles. Then he and Ali is on a mission to find Tintin to be killed, Captain Archibald Haddock, to be alive. He is still finding them, and Tintin fights and defeats Neil with a jujitsu kick. He was finally seen shooting towards Tintin, and Tintin luckly escapes, along with Snowy and Haddock.
