Mr. Lee is an undercover member of the Sons of the Dragon run by Wang Chen-Yee.
History
Lee features in The Blue Lotus where he is first seen serving at the Blue Lotus. His role is greatly expanded in the television version later on where it is revealed he saved Tintin's life and sanity from Mitsuhirato by substituting Rajaijah Juice for coloured water. He works clandestinely at the Blue Lotus private club. Lee is only revealed to be an associate of Wang Chen-Yee in the television adaptation.
