Los Picaros are a group of clandestine freedom fighters led by General Alcazar who fought, successfully, to remove the dictatorship of General Tapioca in San Theodoros. There are around 40 to 45 members, and they appear only in Tintin and the Picaros, as in the TV episode says there are 30 or so.
