Herr Doktor Otto Schulze is a German Scientist of the University of Munich.
History[]
He was a member of Decimus Phostle's expedition team to recover samples from a fallen meteorite in the Arctic Ocean, the Aurora Expedition. He is portrayed only in The Shooting Star. In the French edition, the university Doktor Schulze works at is the University of Jena (université d'Ièna).
Trivia[]
- In the Japanese edition, his family name is changed to Matter (マッター/Mattā), making his full name a pun for 「おっと、待った」(Otto, matta), which means "Hey, wait!" His university is changed to the University of Munich, just like the English edition.
