Colonel Achmed is a military colonel in the fictional Arab state of Khemed's army.
History
In The Red Sea Sharks, when Mohammed Ben Kalish Ezab is temporarily overthrown by his rival Sheikh Bab El Ehr after a coup. He was shown being yelled at over the phone by his superior officer "Mull Pasha" who was in secret Dr. J.W. Müller, one of Tintin's old foes, for failing to destroy a convoy.
