Ali is an Egyptian sailor who works for the Karaboudjan in the film of The Adventures of Tintin series. He was first seen with Allan Thompson, Tom, and Neil, preparing an attack on Tintin, without knowing that Tintin and Snowy vanished. He fires into the room with the others since they think Tintin is shooting at them, not knowing it's corks from champagne bottles. He was finally seen when he and Neil were on a mission to find and kill Tintin and to bring Captain Archibald Haddock back alive.
